Terms & Conditions of Sale

Always remove leash and collar before allowing pet to enter a Pen, Cage or Crate

We will endeavour to deliver the goods as soon as possible or on the agreed delivery date but accept no responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Items are dispatched the next working day after an order is received, however, this is not always possible in busy periods. Working days are Monday-Friday. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery is 1 working day from dispatch by Express 24.
Delivery is 2 working days from dispatch by Priority 48.
Delivery is 4-5 working days from dispatch by standard delivery.
Delivery is 3-4 working days from dispatch to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle Of Man & Isles Of Scilly.

For security reasons, a signature will be required for all deliveries.

Please check your item carefully before signing for the delivery as no responsibility can be accepted for damage that occurs during transit once the goods are signed for.

Once we begin the delivery process you will be responsible for any costs incurred by us such as courier or packing costs.

Personal customers can withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the date the item is delivered.

To withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day period, you will need to inform us of your decision in writing (email is fine).

Once you have informed us that you wish to make a return, we will provide you with the correct returns address and a returns reference number.

The item will need to be returned to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

The item will need to be un-used, and in it's original condition and packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item - including any insurance.

As soon as we receive the goods back in satisfactory condition, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item - we cannot refund any delivery or insurance costs.

Any items that are received back where the packaging is damaged or not in original condition will be refunded minus the cost of making good or replacing the packaging. This includes any writing on the packaging.

No refund will be granted for items that are received back in an un-saleable condition.

Returns are not accepted from business customers.

Please choose the size of your item carefully as returns can not be accepted for items ordered incorrectly after the 7 day returns period.

Items that are refused delivery, or delivery is unable to be completed through no fault of our own, will be liable to a charge equal to the original delivery charge. This is in addition to the original delivery charge.

All images are, wherever possible, an accurate representation of the described item, however 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

All quoted sizes are approximate, are based on exterior dimensions and are liable to manufacturing tolerances of up to +/- 3%

Conditions of Warranty.

All items have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against defective workmanship or mechanical failure that occurs during normal usage. The warranty begins once the item has been delivered.

During the warranty period we warrant that the item shall be free from material defects under normal use and maintenance.

If the item is returned to us during the warranty period and upon inspection we determine that part/s are defective, we will repair or replace the part/s at no cost to the customer.

Where we assess that necessary repairs are covered under the warranty, we will take reasonable endeavours to effect repairs within 28 days of receiving the item for repair.

This warranty is only valid in the United Kingdom.

The Warranty does not cover, normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, damage caused by neglect, poor maintenance or repair, abnormal use or abuse or problems resulting from improper use.

The warranty will be invalidated if the customer fails to follow the manufacturers directions supplied with the product.

All items are provided with a return to base warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item for repair and at the customer's expense.

Should we determine a product is not liable for repair under the warranty, we will submit a quotation for repair to the customer before commencing repair and will only commence repair upon written authorisation from the customer.

Upon the customer reporting a fault covered under the warranty, should we determine the nature of the part required to remedy the fault, we, in agreement with the customer, may if the customer desires, supply replacement parts for the customer or customers agent to affect repair. In these circumstances we will supply replacement parts at no cost to the customer. However it will be the customer's responsibility and own risk to ensure that replacement parts are fitted correctly and the costs of fitting such parts will be entirely at the customer's expense.

We reserve the right to ask for suspected defective parts to be returned for inspection prior to replacement parts being dispatched.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
